Salvage/Scrap Online Auction/Bidding Marketplace

Requirement

Website was suppose to be a have a functionality where online auction can be done as well as items can be sold directly as classified item.
Mobile App is also required for placing bid on the auction and see the bid updates.

Client Requirement

1. Private Auction must be private to some few people others can not place bid on it.
2. Bid updates should be shown to everyone instantly.
3. If internet is down for a user then they should be informed instantly.
4. Bids are placed at fast pace when they are about to close. So a way should be search out for handing the issue with lots of bid at the same time.
5. There will be some auctions which will be of same type, ie group Auction, they wanted to have a page where bidding can be done without opening page of each auctions individually.
6. If the auctions is about to close and if a bid is made then auction time need to be extend by N minutes where N minutes can be different for each auction.
7. Bid report for each auctions with details as bidder name, bid time and bid amount.
8. Only registered user can participate in the bid.
9. Search option for auction on the basis of auction name, category and location.
10. Auctions will have information like auction name, auction description, Reserved price, Increment amount , Auction start time and auction end time, Auction terms and conditions.
11. Bid amount should not be more than 10 times of the current bid amount.
12. Auction will be public as well as private.
13. User can send enquiry against each auctions. On Admin panel, admin can see all the enquiry against each auction.

18. Auction Ranking Wise: When user will place a bid on the auction, then there ranking will be shown instead of the position as highest or not highest.
19. Reverse Auction
20. Notification about the Bids to the admin.
